Pinned is designed for private audition preparation. Pasted or uploaded sides are used to create and save your audition workflow and are not published as public examples.

When you request AI scene analysis, the text needed for that request may be sent to the configured AI service provider. We aim to send only the material needed to perform the requested analysis.

Account information is used to provide sign-in and saved auditions. Billing information is handled through the configured payment provider; Pinned does not need to store full payment-card details.

You can remove saved audition material by deleting the audition. Operational logs may retain limited technical information needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
